Following a public hearing on October 19, 2020, the CTGCD Board of Directors adopted the following revised rules governing the District and revising the fee schedule:
Rule 5.3 - Section title
Rule 5.3(2) - revised wording
Rule 9.4(1) - Penalty Schedule
Rule 11.2 Application Fees, d) reduced Plugging fee to zero

Following a public hearing on December 21, 2015, the CTGCD Board of Directors adopted the following rules governing the District and establishing a fee schedule. Additional rules will be created and presented to the public for review in the future. This accounts for the out-of-sequence numbering for current chapters.
Rules 1, 2, 3 & 12 became effective January 1, 2016.
